Diagnosis is ₹299 and it is waived when you go ahead with the repair. We work on Samsung, Xiaomi, Redmi, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus, iPhone, Motorola, Nokia and most other brands.
How a repair works here
No queues, no call centre. You talk to the person who opens your phone.
1. Send the model and the problem
WhatsApp a photo of the phone and a line about what is wrong. We reply with the likely part and price range.
2. Bring it in or ask for pickup
Walk in during shop hours, or ask for pickup in Barrackpore core. Pickup is free when the repair is approved.
3. We check, you approve
We open the phone, confirm the fault and give you the final price. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
4. Test in front of you
Touch, camera, speaker, charging and network are tested before handover. 90-day labour warranty on the repaired fault.
What we are careful about
Small things that matter when someone else opens your phone.
- Your data stays yours. Most repairs do not need your password or your files. If a job does need access, we ask first and touch only what the repair needs.
- Parts are shown with the invoice. Original-grade and compatible parts are priced separately so you can choose instead of guessing.
- No fix, no labour charge. If the fault cannot be fixed, you pay nothing for the attempt.
- The old part goes back to you. Battery, screen, port — whatever comes out, you keep it.

How long does a screen replacement take?
One to two hours for most Samsung, Redmi, Realme and Vivo models when the panel is in stock. Unusual models take a day or two because the panel has to be ordered — we tell you the exact time before you leave the phone.
Will I lose my photos or chats?
No. Screen, battery, port and speaker repairs do not touch your storage. For water damage or software work, we back up first and ask before doing anything that could affect data.
Do you use original parts?
We offer both original-grade and good compatible panels and batteries. Both come with a price and an invoice, and the choice is yours. We do not quietly fit a cheaper part and charge for an original.
My phone hangs all the time. Is that a repair or a setting problem?
Usually software — junk apps, background processes, sometimes a failing battery. We check which it is. Software cleanup starts at ₹399, and if a part is needed you get that price before anything is opened.
Do you repair iPhones?
Yes — screens, batteries, charging ports and back glass on most models. iPhone parts cost more than Android parts, so we quote before ordering.
Can you come to my home?
Phones are best repaired at the counter where the tools are. We do offer pickup and delivery in Barrackpore core (Nona Chandanpukur, Anandapuri, Barrackpore town), free when the repair is approved.
